Risk Disclosure

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, leveraged products, and automated strategies involves substantial risk. Read this disclosure carefully before using HIXIUS on any live, demo, or prop-firm account.

1. Trading Can Cause Losses

Forex and CFD trading can result in partial or total loss of your account balance. Leverage can amplify both profits and losses. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

HIXIUS does not guarantee profits, account growth, challenge passes, funded-account payouts, drawdown protection, or any specific trading outcome.

2. Automated Trading Risk

  • An Expert Advisor can open, manage, and close trades automatically once enabled.
  • Incorrect setup, wrong symbol suffix, wrong account type, wrong lot sizing, unstable VPS, disabled Algo Trading, broker restrictions, spread widening, slippage, rejected orders, disconnections, platform errors, or news volatility can materially change results.
  • You remain responsible for monitoring the EA, checking open positions, confirming risk settings, maintaining MetaTrader access, and stopping the EA if conditions become unsuitable.

3. Backtests and Screenshots Are Not Guarantees

Backtests, optimization results, screenshots, Discord posts, community results, and historical examples are shown for transparency only. They are not promises of future performance.

Backtests are based on historical market data and assumptions about spreads, execution, swaps, commissions, liquidity, latency, slippage, and broker behavior. Live results may differ significantly.

4. Strategy and Market Risk

  • Market behavior changes over time. A configuration that worked in one period may fail in another period.
  • Pairs, timeframes, spreads, liquidity, swap rates, commissions, and broker execution quality can all affect results.
  • If martingale, grid, recovery, scaling, or increased lot logic is enabled in any configuration, losses can compound quickly and drawdowns can grow significantly.
  • Risk-management settings reduce some risk but cannot remove market risk or guarantee compliance with all broker or prop-firm rules.

5. Prop-Firm and Broker Rules

If you use HIXIUS with a prop firm, broker, funded account, evaluation account, or copy-trading environment, you are responsible for confirming whether automated trading, Expert Advisors, martingale, scaling, overnight holds, news trading, lot sizing, drawdown rules, and account binding are allowed.

HIXIUS is not responsible for failed challenges, account breaches, payout denials, broker restrictions, account closures, or rule violations.

6. No Financial Advice

HIXIUS is software and educational/product support material. Nothing on the website, dashboard, Discord, support channels, presets, or documentation is financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to trade a specific instrument.

7. Your Responsibility

  • Test the EA on demo or small risk before live deployment.
  • Use position sizes and risk settings that match your capital and tolerance.
  • Review open trades, logs, broker execution, spreads, swaps, and account drawdown regularly.
  • Stop using the EA if you do not understand the risks or if it no longer matches your objectives.
