We do not accept deposits, hold client funds, or manage anyone's money, and we do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.

The articles, videos, result trackers, community discussions, and other free materials on this website are general information and marketing content. They are not financial advice and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional. HIXIUS GOLD itself is not an educational product: it is functional software, sold for a one-time passing fee under our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy, which together define exactly what you are buying and the guarantee that comes with it.

Fees you pay to the trading firm are set, collected, and kept by that firm — HIXIUS never refunds them — and the firm alone decides rule compliance, funded status, and payouts. HIXIUS receives no referral or affiliate compensation from any trading firm.

HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE MANY INHERENT LIMITATIONS. ONE OF THE LIMITATIONS OF HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS IS THAT THEY ARE GENERALLY PREPARED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HIXIUS and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for trading losses; for failed challenges or evaluations beyond the express Pass or Refund guarantee; for decisions made by any trading firm (including rule changes, account suspensions, or denial of funding or payouts); for software bugs or interruptions; for internet, power, VPS, or platform outages; or for outcomes caused by incorrect installation, changed settings, or manual interference with the software.

To the same extent, HIXIUS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost payouts, or lost opportunities. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid HIXIUS for the purchase giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this disclaimer removes rights that consumer-protection law grants you and that cannot be waived by contract.

You are responsible for making sure that buying and using automated trading software, and participating in trading challenges, is legal where you live, and for complying with the trading firm's terms and with your tax obligations. All statements on this website are subject to our Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, and eligibility conditions; if anything on this page conflicts with those documents, those documents control.
