Each attempt has exactly two costs: the firm's challenge fee, paid directly to the firm, and our passing fee — a single payment tiered by account size ($5K–$500K) and type (1-Step or 2-Step). No subscription, nothing recurring, ever; if you later want another account passed, that's a new one-time pass from your dashboard. The expensive path isn't our fee — it's the retry loop with no refund behind it.

One credit is one prepaid pass attempt, locked to a single account size and a single challenge type. Buy a pass or a pack and the credit lands in your dashboard the moment payment clears. Hit "Use 1 — Start a Pass" and your license key and challenge attempt are created on the spot — no waiting, no separate order. Credits never expire.

Price and quantity — that's the whole difference; the EA and the guarantee are identical either way. A single pass is one credit at full price. The 3-Pack is three credits for about 14% off buying them one at a time; the 5-Pack is five credits for about 15% off. It's structural pricing for buying more at once — no countdown, no "today only." Locked — a credit only redeems for the exact account size and challenge type you bought it for. The reason is simple: the firm's fees and rules are different at every tier, so a $25K 1-Step credit and a $100K 2-Step credit aren't interchangeable. Nothing's wasted, though — credits don't expire, so if you're not sure which size you want yet, hold off and buy when you've decided.

No — never. A credit you buy today is worth exactly the same in five years as it is right now. That's different from typical software subscriptions where unused seats vanish at renewal — here, a credit sits in your dashboard until you use it. It's the reason a 5-Pack makes sense even if you're not planning to run all five challenges at once: nothing you paid for goes stale.

Yes — three simple rules, not fine print. One: install the EA on the account you paid the fee for, following the setup guide, with your license key active and the HIXIUS WebRequest URL allowed. Two: keep HIXIUS monitoring connected for the whole challenge — that's how a claim gets verified. Three: don't manually trade the account, don't run another EA on it, and don't change the EA's settings — any of that voids the guarantee for that account. Yes — no limit. Each account runs on its own credit, its own license key, and its own MT5 setup, so you can pass a $25K and a $100K challenge in parallel if that's the play you want. Nothing in the terms caps how many you run at once; the only requirement is one credit per account.

Pick the funded size you actually want to trade — the EA's job is identical at every tier. 1-Step versus 2-Step is a trade-off in the firm's structure and fees, not an EA difficulty setting; it runs the same play on both. If you want a reference point, $100K is our most-chosen tier.

No — it stops at funded, by design, and the funded account is yours, not ours.
